Shipping Policy
All LIGNIA orders are processed, packed, and shipped from our warehouse in the United States. We use USPS, DHL, and FedEx to deliver your order with full tracking from the moment it leaves our hands.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent as soon as your order ships.
Domestic Shipping — United States
We ship to all 50 states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and all U.S. territories and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
Two shipping options are available at checkout for all domestic orders:

Free shipping is available on every domestic order — no minimum purchase required. Simply select the Free Shipping option at checkout. The Express option guarantees priority handling and faster delivery when you need your order in a hurry.
Delivery time estimates begin from the shipment date, not the order date, and are provided as guidelines. Carrier delays are outside our control.
International Shipping

Shipping rates for these destinations are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery address. The following carriers and services are available:

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost at checkout. LIGNIA has no control over customs processing times or fees. Customs delays are not grounds for a refund of shipping costs.
All packages are declared at their full commercial value in accordance with U.S. export law. We do not mark shipments as gifts or understate declared values.
Order Tracking
Every LIGNIA shipment includes full end-to-end tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours after your confirmation email for tracking to show activity on the carrier’s website.
Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. LIGNIA is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at time of purchase. If you spot an error immediately after ordering, contact us at contact@lignia.store as soon as possible — we will do our best to correct the address before shipment, but cannot guarantee changes once an order is in processing.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please:
- Check around your delivery location and with neighbors or building staff
- Wait 24–48 hours — carrier tracking can update before physical delivery
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- If still unresolved after 48 hours, email us at contact@lignia.store — we will open a carrier investigation and work to resolve the issue promptly
