Returns & Refunds

We stand behind every LIGNIA product. If something is not right, we will make it right — simply and without hassle.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.

To start a return, contact us at contact@lignia.store with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within one business day with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Please do not ship items back without first contacting us — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@lignia.store with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the original item in most cases.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, assembled, or show signs of wear
  • Items missing original packaging, hardware, or accessories
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Sale items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before initiating a return.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the correct item is to return your original purchase (once the return is approved) and place a new order. If you need help selecting the right product, our team is happy to assist at contact@lignia.store.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to a European Union address, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without justification. The item must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@lignia.store.
